Fellas, it’s time to rock again and to start doing some time scheduling for 2013. Understand we intend to hit the ground running this year and this is how things break down in our ramp up to game #1.Information and Activity Newsletter
Note: Offense will meet 6 times in 16 days between February 16th and March 3rd at practice or in meetings.
Feb 9 Player Registration 9AM
Workout 10AM to 130PM
Every Saturday we will begin all workouts and or practices at 10AM.

You can see above we only have “10” geared up practices before Game #1. Attendance will be more critical than ever before. Players wanting to start in game #1 need to be there and be square.
Two a Day workout(s) will be divided into multiple segments. Segment 1 will be a complete platoon O-D install and review and Segment 2 is a combined mesh 11 on 11 skelly. (Whistle discipline w/no BS) will be in effect at all times. Hit, Wrap and Release! No leg take downs or rolling up the leg.
Note: if Coach Fisher can arrange twice a week practices sooner than above the schedule stands to be revised.
