Ron,
I had a chance to coach against some of the best coaches in the country and just happen to be here in the north west. I have modeled my coach style from all the coaches i coached against.
Just to name a few: Ron Baines, Kenny Alston, Jay Atwood, Wes Fischer, Michael Stuart, Brandon & Mac of the T-Bolts and Bill Booth.
I am sure i could name some more but these are the names that first come to my head.
Thanks NWFL
Coach Scott

Took over Burien Pirates in 02 - game 5, 0-5 avg loss 3-55 Went 2-0, 13-6- 35-7, 25ppg/ 6.5 ppg allowed, then egos kicked in and well you know the rest but if youre serious about winning...

Not a good turn of events for what was a good opportunity to coach football.

True but the head coach , who was 0-5, began to get irked at positive feedback from the kids, so rather than divide their loyalties, I withdrew, the sad part is that letting them return to losing was the best thing I could do for them, thats the tragic part, . I came out as afavor to begin with, I wrapped up my HS coaching career 12 yrs ago with a perfect season, #4 in California, Thanx, but i did get 2 of those kids into college, even though I didnt work there, I thoguht taht was the bottom line, not hte coachign job,
