KILLED my legs!!! WOW!!! I've never had a leg work out like that before! I tried to go to the Gym after that and it was a horrible idea! I walked on the treadmill for 20 minutes then did 4 different types of lifts and my body was DONE!!! Anyways... Thanks for showing us that JR and Sione! It will come in handy! Good job to the guys that made it!
To the guys that DIDN'T make it.... This is the third one... Come on! Sacrifice a little time. It's not like you aren't going to benefit from it. This is a WORK OUT that will better you on AND off the field!

These guys have took time out of their busy schedules and have shown up a couple of times! There are quite a few people that have said they would be there and haven't shown up! Don't tell me you are going to make it then ditch out! If you can't make it you can't make it of if you don't want to come don't come! This isn't for the people that work or have broken legs or whatever it's for the people that commit then no show!
Anyways I am going to sleep HARD tonight and hopefully be able to actually get out of bed in the morning.... WOW!!!

AHH!!! Saturday work SUCKS!! I cant wait to be finished with it so I can get out there on a regular basis. Is practice at Milwaukie again this Sat.? _Steven

Hey Rami!! Its UDUB. I am in the thick of TAX SEASON now and have now been able to arrange to get Saturdays off. I do not know about this Sat, but I can be there next. Just FYI, I cut out the beer and took a part-time job at ballys and have CUT down to 270. No more fat 300 LBS D-Tackle for me!! MAN I CANNOT BELIEVE I GOT THAT BIG!! Espanda says hi! She will be doing more runway shows soon.

I am a little disappointed.. as rami said we wouldnt start practice or tryouts till april/may? whats the deal?? is this pre tri or this the real deal practice.. let me know.. i bring alot of heart and edication to the table.
