I just wanted to say that it sounds like ya'll had a great practice thursday. Good job men.. As Quise said, it sets the tone for this weekend. Great job so far fellas!! Keep up the hard work. As the weather changes and it gets hotter, please take care of your selfs.... Stay hydrated!! Anyhow, Good luck this weekend, drive safe, mentally prepare your selfs tonight. Vision your self doing great things. DO NOT GO OUT TONIGHT AND GET TRASHED!!!! Be smart. it's a long drive and it's going to be a battle.. If you think you're going to just walk in there and expect everyone to lay down, you gotta notha thing comin. Bengals have always given us a great fight, and trust when I say, they get hyphy when they play us. It will be war gentlemen. Once again do what we were meant to do, and that's controle the game from the first whistle to the last.. Pick each other up, and play as a machine together and nothing can stop you!

D-Line.....whistle to whistle. They're gonna hit you square in the mouth, so you better do it first! Nothing stands in between you and the ball carrier!

O-line...... Don't just block...finish your block!!! That's what you guys do best...You're the meanest, toughest, and downright biggest guys on the field... NO ONE GETS TO THE QB!!! Sacrafice your self!!!

Special Teams (vets/rookies).... You have and continue to be the tone setters for each and every game. Stay focused and stay in your lanes. No one gets around you!!!

Coaches.....Just do what ya'll do. You put us in a situation to win each and every week, and I have the upmost confidence that this is going to be no different.

and for everyone in between......... I just wanted to say thank you for hangin in there! I know for some of ya'll you might have given up on yourselfs and for those of you who haven't.. thank you!! You play such an important part of this "Family" we call Thunderboltz.. Stay grindin!!!!!

I have much love and respect for you guys, and I know you have nothing but that for each other. Keep it that way and nothing will stand in between ya'll!!!!

Kool aid always knows how to bring it!!

I came out of retirement for a couple of reasons, the first and foremost being the camaraderie a team develops. I missed that facet of my life, nothing forms a brotherhood like football. NO sport. We literally have to fight for each other, keep each other up through personal and football ups and downs, and have to watch each other in every possible way between those chalk lines. And, bolts, I haven't seen a group back each other like brothers like this in ANY other team I have been on, no matter how long. I'll miss this game after this year, but a team like this is the WAY to go out. I know and share our goal, I believe we will get there. I couldn't ask for a better team to do it with. And, I can walk away after this year, with this memory of this group fresh in my mind 30 years from now. So, do what you do warriors. See you at practice Tuesday. Good luck today!!!
