We should/may receive some information on field location and game time today....Lorrie, Brandon and Rich Winkle have been working hard to keep this game on schedule. As everyone knows the Wolves have had a slight setback but aren't going to let that stop them at all. The Wolves and Jags still want to play this game.

On the Lakewood site it says Sumner, but that's where the Mustangs/cavs game is being played.

The game will be played at the MGM in Vegas, before the big fight. It will only be on Pay-Per-View. Discounted prices for NWFL team. Contact your local rep.

There is no fight this weekend. There is a slaughter scheduled for Sat night. De La Hoya will walk in the ring with his cane and will get knocked the f*ck out! This abuse goes no more than 4 rounds.

Jdisney, I hate the fact that you got my boy "Ocho Cinco" getting layed out on your avatar, but I have to agree with you.De La Hoya always has trouble with quicker opponents. Pernell Whitaker, Shane Mosley, Ike Quartey. Even though he actually won two of those fights, if you watched them, you know he was getting beat down, but thats boxing for you.
PS-When you gonna stop tormenting my boy and get another avatar LOL

The fight will go 12 rounds, but Floyd will win in a landslide victory, Oscar has too much heart to get knocked out in 4 rounds, Oscar will probabaly win only 2 rounds.

Jdisney, we are cool now!!LOL. I don't think Oscar will get knocked out, but I will wait for ESPN vs. paying 55 dollars for a fight that won't be that good. The only chance De La Hoya has is a puncher's chance and hope to catch him very early or very late.

Floyd can take a punch, his defense will frustrate Oscar early.

Well, I see people need an expert's opinion, and I'll be more than happy to oblige. Being a former boxer myself Oscar and Floyd are lucky I didn't accept their challenge. Floyd will win this easily, and I will predict he will stop Oscar by the 8th.

Guys, experience will always out do quickness, maywheater is good and quick, but a hot head, all de la hoya has to do is use the long reach jab that he has and frustrate him, quickness isn't everything in boxing, I hate to do this but I have to bring up JULIO CESAR CHAVEZ, the great one that's right, not the biggest not the strongest, not the quickest but it took 82 fights before he even touched the canvas and it took 89 fights before his first draw, against randall, then finding out that Randall used steroids, all Chavez had was heart and experience, I think the experience and long jab, might save De la Hoya, plus is CINCO DE MAYO home court advantage.....

Floyd hits harder. He has experience, speed, power, and great stamina. Look at what he did to Arturo Gatti. That was a joke of a fight, and Gatti's a good fighter.

Gatti is a mediocre fighter, hey Cochino, now that you are mexican you should come down to the game on may 5th and we'll both wear sarapes!!!!

Oscar is the strongest fighter Mayweather has faced. This WILL be a good fight with Mayweather winning a close decision.

De La Hoya, dude has always been underdog and he comes out on top, Maywheather wheather he is quick or not is loosing this fight

I like both these fighters, but when I look at the age, skills and abilities I just don't think Oscar's exp. is going to be enough. I would love to see a good fight, and I'm not routing for either one. I just think it's Mayweather's time.
