Saints Update

Good game this past weekend. Everyone stuck together and played their hearts out throughout the game versus a Raiders team with good weapons. But stay hungry because the schedule isn't going to get any easier for all of us. Next week is the Vikings. Great team with some weapons. Let's keep the intensity through this Saturday and bring Saints football back. Practice on Tuesdays and Thursdays still at BJrHS. We still have alot of "gelling" as a team to do. I was working out last week and noticed this poster they had in the gym in NAS Whidbey Island. It read:

FOCUS: Obstacles are those frightful little things we start to see when we lose focus of the goals ahead.

Don't be scared and keep your head up...everything will come through if we stick together. Stay hungry as we only hope to be competitive this season ourselves.

Congrats! I really have a high opinion of the people that are running that team and you guys are a class act. Keep it up! We aren't itching to see you guys again down the road when you guys are firing on all cylanders but I can't help but root for good people. Good luck against the Vikes this week should be a real slobbernocker!
