hey guys today was a kick-MAN practice. i hope we can bring that every tuesday and thursday. i learned a lot, and had the best workout ive had in a long time...

I can not tell you guys how great it was to see the 36 guys out there working together. To the O-Line way to show up now lets do it every practice. As you guys can tell from that last practice we have our eye on the prize. Way to work hard and stay motivated. Lets not look past the Eagles, they are a good football team. Just be ready to go and stomp some mud holes. Good job talk to everyone tomorrow at the parade. (Rain or Shine)
