Saints,
We have to get back to the drawing board. Back to basics so to speak. We have shyed away (somewhat) from who we are and how we played to win games in the past...SAINTS STYLE. That last game...we were outright out-played. NO EXCUSES!! Granted no scores in the 2nd half for both teams but they did enough and they were the better team. Do not take that away from them for no one will take our wins away from us. Let last Saturday be a learning experience of how you do not want to feel for the remainder of the season or ever again. Shockers are in the past and will be in the future. Don't look back. We just need to worry about the next game and what we need to improve on as a TEAM!! One thing is certain, is we have composure. Let's add onto that. With that being said, two more announcements:
Film Session - Cloverleaf Pizza and Tavern (east Bremerton next to K-Mart) at noon this Saturday (May 12). Be there!!
Roster - THE ROSTER IS LOCKED!!! No more players!! We will not be able to have a jersey for them. By the time we get their jersey if we order now, the season will be almost over. Do not recommend anymore players. Our jerseys are out of a company based in Florida. If a new player shows up to the field and says your name, he will be wearing your jersey for the season. NO MORE PLAYERS!!! They can try out next year if they like. What we have now is all we need....that's how confident I am in you guys so just trust me on this one please!!!
