Unfortunately the season is coming to an end within a month. But we are planning to start up next year late-March/early April timeframe. Team Off-season training will start in January. Trying to work on lifting at West Coast Fitness for three months and then some conditioning too. Nothing is set in stone because we're trying to finish up this season and then we'll start planning for next season. When we start up the strength and conditioning workouts, your best bet is probably to join along as much as you can to familiarize yourself with the rest of the Saints family and better prepare yourself for the 2007 season. You're more than welcome to stop by and hang out at a team practice on Tues and Thurs at Pendergast Regional Park at 7pm. If you have any questions, let me know.
