That's all it took...the Saints only had 21 bullets to go to war with in Orlando against the Marauders and we did it fellas!!! That is truly a show of HEART! 21 players went on the field and 21 came off with a NAFL2 Trophy. I've never been a part of anything like it before. For some of the fellas who were on last year, this story was a testament to the story Kenny Austin told us last year when he went down with his PS Jets with only 19 guys to play against the Bucs who had a whole sideline of players in the Championship and won. I don't know what else to say besides, this could be the start of good things to come. Maybe next year we can make an attempt to be the first team to win an NAFL and NAFL2 title...who knows!!! We'll just let time tell. Congrats Saints...this season was a long hard road and the Orlando experience was the icing on the cake. 13-2 Season with a NAFL2 Championship...my players fee was worth it!! Hopefully we can get a banquet and I'll see ya'll there.

Lets try to get a team meeting early next week to talk about a team gathering to celebrate our big win this year.

In this team meeting we should take a vote, as a team, as to where the trophy should stay...I second the motion for Public location for the whole county to view it. Not at someone's house where only one person can have it!! It's a team trophy, not an individual one!!! It needs to be out on public display.

in agreement with Rollis but thats going to be hard to do you know how it goes, need to use it as leverage for next season as far as field and stuff with the county since the bluejackets have all the corprate wrapped up we will see how the coach handles things.....
