Whats up guys? Ok, I know most of yall dont know me.. (I play for the Snohomish County Vikings...) but please... do me a favor and read this through.. It would mean the world to me. I got an email from the owner of my womans football team (the Tacoma Majestics) earlier this week saying that if we can't get our stuff together that she is going to have to fold the team... which is NOT cool because im not entirely sure what i would do without it.
The Majestics are the *ONLY* womans football team in Washington state, so its not like i can just pick another team.
Anyway, so i have to do something to try and save it (as im sure everyone else involved is also doing)... which basically boils down to trying to network...
What i am looking for is...
-Coaches/assistant coaches/coaches helpers (this means anyone who is willing to help out... wether its players from this league, coaches who want something to do in the off season or just people that you might know would would be interested in furthering the sport of Women's football.)
-People who want to help with advertising and/or administrative stuff (helping to find sponsers, recruit players...)
-Players (i know that yall know SOME female who has always said she wanted to play football.. this is her chance... )
-And last but DEFINATELY not least sponsers (this means businesses, personal sponsers, lotto winners, whatever! just anyone who may be willing to help us out on the financial end of things... we do have a sponsorship program with rewards... let me know if you know someone who may be interested and i will get a package to you...)
This is a championship team!
-undefeated league champs our first season.
-one loss and division champs our second season
-undefeated division champs our third season.
This is a brilliant opportunity for everyone involved and one we cant afford to lose. Anyway, enough with my rambling, but PLEASE if you know anyone who can help out with ANY aspect of this, contact me or give them my contact information..
