Simply put they were hit by the injury bug but Oregon Ducks were the best team this year when all healthy period. And I can't stand them. Oh ya f*** the Seaturkeys! What do real fans say RAIDERSSSSSSSSSSSS!

I concur...to some extent. Raiders, yes. I never really had an opinion about the Seahawks. I dont HATE them, they are just non-existant to me. I never knew, or planned to wind up in Seattle, it just happened. I guess Seattle people will say there was a rivalry, but as a RAIDERS fan, I never really felt that, cuz we OWNED the Seahawks for so many years, they just became an irrellevant team in my mind. Oregon WOULD HAVE won it all, and Dixon WOULD HAVE won the Heisman. THIS from the BIGGEST USC Trojan fan...

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!! GO SEAHAWKS. Now maybe if Dixon would of stayed healthy they MIGHT of had a chance to play in the national championship. But the voters are so east coast bias. Dixon would not have won the heisman either for the same reason. For example, anyone who follows college football closely can see Jake Locker is just as good if not better than Tim Tebow. Think Im crazy....Surround Locker with the talent thats around Tebow, and put Tebow on a team that has the Huskies talent than see what happens But no one is saying anything about Locker, because he is out west and not in the ACC, SEC, or Big Ten. Same controversy arose about Napolean Kaufman back in 93'. Now I dont care who you are or where your from if you dont think Kaufman should of won the Heisman than you dont know spit. The est will never get the respect we deserve. As a matter of fact all sports combined, The pac 10 has more championships than any other conference, look it up.

I'm a proud Homer as well. But really, who cares about the homer Raiders? Why are the Raiders even mentioned on here? This is Seahawk country after all. All other fans of other NFL teams are NW transplants. Huge game for the Seahawks this weekend against the Cardinals. The Cardinals need this victory to have a shot at a playoff spot and the Hawks need this victory to secure the NFC West Division title and host a first round playoff game. It's going to get super loud at Quest. Can't wait. Go Hawks!

"Grown ups" don't switch loyalties. I root for the Seahawks ... as long they're not playing the team I've rooted for my entire life.

During the Raider vs seachickens preseason game this year, there was a downtown bar that was a raiders bar with flags outside and everything. This is in Seattle. Come on now if someone put up a seahawks bar in Oakland, that business would be there one day and one day only. They would kick the s*** out the owner and all the patrons. I have been to many a Raider game in Oakland. They say the Police can go in the stadium and come out with a lineup. lol Your either one of us or you don't matter.
Raiders going back to the promise land real soon!

And how soon are they gonna go back to the promise land? They have too young of guys to be competitive. Remember, no Gannon, no Brown, no Rice. Those were the days in "raidernation" that they showed any kind of promise. This is present, not the past or future. As of the present, the Seahawks are getting better and better each year.

Ya'll need to get your facts straight. The Seahawks HAVENT got better every year. First, they had to get out of a REAL division, the AFC West to do anything. They made a nice run with a few nice seasons in that GARBAGE NFC West division, but since the Superbowl year, they have NOT gotten any better! The Raiders are young, you are right, but not too far off now! If you knew anything about the Raiders, you would know that even though we won 2 games all of last season, we still had one of the finest defenses in the NFL! Look THIS season. ALL the games we lost, we could have easily won, and SHOULD have won. Growing pains. Dont worry, the silver and black will return...

I love the Seahawks, but I don't say "we" when "they" do well. Delusions of grandeur. ;D

Chargers! Weak you see funnier shirts than that in at the tailegate party in Oak-town It will take the Chargers three more decades of winning to be comparible to what the Raiders have done. But you have Norv Turner so your losing

You sound as pathetic as a Dolphin fan screaming about their 1972 season.
Last 5 seasons: Raiders 19-57 Chargers 46-30
This season: Norv Turner: 7-5 Lame Kiffin: 4-8
Turner is a pretty sorry head coach ... but still 3 games better than Kiffin...

Kiffin is just in his early 30s with a DOUBLE UP win total over last season. He will be just fine. Turner has been bad for a long time now...
