I was at last night game. Good game Hawks. Being in the crowd you can't really hear what's going on with commentators and refs, but towards the end of the game a Vikings player laid motionless on the field and they had to bring out the ambulance to haul him away. I can't find any information on the poor guy, so does anybody happen to know anything about who the player was, and what the extent of his injuries are? It was kind of a scary moment; it was a long while before they moved this guy from the field.

Cameron Siskowic, Minnesota's first-year free-agent linebacker, fell to the turf at the end of a running play with 2:00 left and was driven from the field while strapped to a board. The concerned Vikings said a prayer for him in the locker room after the game.
Though Childress said he believed Siskowic briefly lost consciousness on the field, a Vikings spokesman said later that a CT-scan and X-rays at a nearby hospital revealed no fractures. Siskowic was to stay there overnight for observation. ;D

Truly a scary moment when Siskowic laid there. I was at the game as well. I was a Viqueen hater for 58 minutes of that game but when you see a man lying motionless on the field, everyone is on the same team. I pray Siskowic makes a full recovery and stays healthy all year.
As for the Hawks, much better game played on Saturday. Then only real concern I have is red zone offense. At the beginning of the game we had 3 opportunities in the red zone and could not convert any of them. Hopefully they can get that fixed.
Leonard Weaver showed me alot of potential though. The 1 handed catch which was thrown behind him was unreal (especially for a FB)
Ben Obomanu needs to be in the WR rotation, now.
The defense looked ok but I am STILL scared of the run defense (especially with Frank Gore and Steven Jackson in our division)

Leonard Weaver showed me alot of potential though. The 1 handed catch which was thrown behind him was unreal (especially for a FB) I've been waiting for Weaver to show his full potential. I think Strong is going to have a hard time keeping his starting position. I like Strong, but I can't wait to see Weaver start at FB. I notice on defense the DBs weren't wrapping up. That is going to be a problem. You just can't hit all the time. I wasn't too worried about the run defense because they held up pretty good for the first half of the game. The 2nd and 3rd stringers are the ones that need to work on the run defense a little better. #28 (Vikings) was running well during the 3rd and 4th quarters. Sometimes the Hawks Sp. Teams worries me. They leave too many gaps on the field. Over all, I was impressed with the Hawks, and I do believe they can be contenders again this year. Go Seahawks!
